What ages is SplashBerry made for?
Our play spaces are designed especially for children aged 2–12, with a gentle toddler area for younger visitors. Children under 2 enter free with a paying adult. Attraction height and age guidance applies.
Do parents need to stay with their children?
Yes. A responsible adult must accompany children throughout their visit. Lifeguards supervise the water areas, and grown-ups should stay within arm’s reach of young children and non-swimmers.
What should we bring?
Bring swimwear, towels, water-friendly footwear and sun protection. Little ones who need them must wear swim nappies. Changing rooms, family facilities and lockers are available.
Can we bring food or book a cabana?
Berry Bites serves family-friendly meals, snacks and drinks. Baby food and items needed for dietary or medical reasons are welcome. Add a private cabana to your day plan, subject to availability.
Can you host birthdays and school visits?
Absolutely. We offer hosted birthday parties, private events and school or daycare group visits. Contact our team to discuss group size, supervision, food and your preferred date.
What if our plans change?
