SplashBerry isn't a grown-up water park with a kiddie corner bolted on. It's the whole park, drawn for people under 1.4 metres: low steps, short queues, slides that start small and a toddler lagoon you could lie down in. The deepest water here comes up to a grown-up's knee. The shallowest is a puddle with ambitions.

Q.01What ages is SplashBerry for?
Children aged 0 to 12. Everything — steps, slides, showers, sinks — is built for small bodies, with a toddler-only zone for 0–4s. Grown-ups are welcome everywhere; you'll just be the tallest thing in the water.
Q.02Do grown-ups need a ticket?
Yes: AED 59 for anyone 13 and over. Every child under 8 must be with a paying adult aged 16+. Two adults and two kids? The Family Pass (AED 279) saves you AED 37.
Q.03Can we bring our own food?
Outside food isn't permitted, except baby food and medical or dietary needs. Berry Bites Café is 100% halal with allergen-labelled menus, and there are picnic tables just outside the gate.
Q.04What should the kids wear?
Proper swimwear. Burkinis, rash guards and swim shirts are all welcome. Swim nappies are mandatory for under-3s — we sell them at the gate.
Q.05Isn't Dubai too hot for this?
80% of the park sits under UV-blocking shade sails, the water stays at 28–30 °C, misting fans are everywhere and the cool-deck flooring is kind to bare feet. The sunscreen stations are free, too.
Q.06What if my child wanders off?
Every child's SafeBand is paired with a grown-up's at the gate. Any team member can scan it and reunite you in minutes — usually quicker than it takes to read this answer.
Q.07Can I change my date or get a refund?
Change your date for free up to 24 hours before your visit. Unused tickets can be refunded within 7 days.
Q.08Is the park accessible?
Yes. Step-free routes run throughout, pool wheelchairs are free to borrow, and our Sensory-Friendly Mornings (first Saturday of every month, 9–11 AM) turn the music down and cap the crowds.
Q.09Is there somewhere to pray, feed the baby, or just sit down?
Prayer rooms, a private nursing room, and an air-conditioned Parents' Lounge with good coffee and a view of the Jellybean Lagoon.
Q.10Where do we park?
300 free spaces right outside, stroller parking at the gate, and free wagons to borrow for the day's worth of towels, snacks and souvenirs.
