Three levels of nets, bridges and water wheels under a giant berry bucket. Every 4 minutes a bell rings — and 10 seconds later, 500 litres come down.

PlanningWhat ages is SplashBerry for?
Everything is designed for 0–12s: small steps, shallow water and slides sized for small bodies. Grown-ups are welcome in every zone — and in Jellybean Lagoon we’d like you in the water with them.
TicketsDo grown-ups need a ticket?
Yes — AED 59 online. Every child under 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 16 or over. Two grown-ups and two kids? The Family Pass (AED 279) saves you AED 37, and we apply it automatically.
FoodCan we bring our own food?
Outside food isn’t permitted, except baby food and anything for medical or dietary needs. There are picnic tables just outside the gate, and Berry Bites is 100% halal with a nut-aware kitchen.
SafetyWhat should kids wear?
Proper swimwear — burkinis and rash guards are very welcome. Swim nappies are mandatory for under-3s; we sell them at Gate A if they didn’t make it into the bag. Our packing checklist has the rest.
PlanningIsn’t it too hot in summer?
80% of the park sits under UV-blocking shade sails, the water stays at 28–30 °C, and there are misting fans and cool-deck flooring that stays comfortable underfoot. Drizzle Garden is the coolest spot at 3 PM.
SafetyWhat if my child gets lost?
Every child wears a SafeBand that matches yours. Any member of staff can scan it and reunite you in minutes — it’s the fastest “where did they go?” in Dubai.
TicketsCan I change my date or get a refund?
Change your date for free up to 24 hours before your visit. Unused tickets are refundable within 7 days.
AccessibilityIs the park accessible?
Yes. Every route is step-free, pool wheelchairs are free to borrow at Gate A, and Sensory-Friendly Mornings run on the first Saturday of every month (9–11 AM) with reduced music and smaller crowds.
SafetyHow deep is the water?
Never deeper than 60 cm anywhere — that’s the Lazy Lemon River. Jellybean Lagoon is 0–20 cm, the wave pond tops out at 45 cm and the splash pads are zero-depth. Lifeguard stands are every 15 metres.
FacilitiesAre there lockers, towels and changing rooms?
Yes: family changing rooms with baby-changing stations, private cubicles and warm showers. Lockers open with your SafeBand (AED 20 a day, family size AED 30), and towels are AED 15 to rent.
FoodIs the food halal? What about allergies?
Everything at Berry Bites and Squeeze is 100% halal. Menus are allergen-labelled and the kitchen is nut-aware — tell the team about any allergy and they’ll walk you through the options.
PlanningWhen is the quietest time to visit?
Weekday mornings, right at the 10 AM opening. On weekends, come for 9 AM and head to the lagoon or the slides first. Our day planner does this ordering for you.
GroupsDo you host school and nursery trips?
